How we use your data.

Who handles your enquiry
The data controller is Luis Avila, Nature and Form, with a contact address in La Ribera, Belén, Heredia, Costa Rica. You can email estudio@natureandform.com or contact us on WhatsApp at +506 7212 2288.
What information we request and why
We collect your name, preferred contact method and the details you share about the project's service, use, location, stage, units, area, furniture and budget. We also retain your authorization, its version and a submission reference.
We also record the form language so we can respond appropriately.
We use this information to understand and respond to your enquiry and coordinate a possible free 20–30 minute conversation in Spanish. Enquiries and follow-up in English are handled in writing. Submitting the form does not confirm a meeting, design work, a quote or acceptance of the project. We do not use automated classification or use these details for future advertising.
Required fields are indicated on the form. Optional fields are labelled, and you can select ‘not yet decided’ where available. If required information or authorization is missing, we cannot process the enquiry through the form. You can email us to ask what information is needed before submitting.
Do not include identity documents, banking information, sensitive data or information about other people that is not needed for this enquiry.
Who can access your information
Luis Avila accesses enquiries to respond to them. We use Netlify to host the website and receive and store form submissions, and Google Workspace to receive notifications and reply by email. These services may process information outside Costa Rica. By authorizing the form, you agree to the use of these providers to handle your request, including that international processing. If you choose WhatsApp, we will use the number you provide to reply through that channel, subject to its provider's terms.
The website and its providers may process technical connection data, such as IP addresses and security logs, to provide the service and prevent abuse. We do not publish enquiries or add them to the website's code repository.
How long we keep your information
Enquiries that do not become projects will be retained for up to 12 months after the last contact. They will then be removed from the enquiry records and the studio's email through periodic review. If a professional relationship begins, the corresponding data processing will be explained as part of that relationship. Any applicable retention obligations will be addressed separately.
Your choices and requests
You can request access to your data, corrections, deletion or withdrawal of your authorization by emailing estudio@natureandform.com, stating that your request concerns personal data. We will take proportionate steps to verify that the request comes from the data subject and inform you of any applicable limitations.
Optional analytics for visits and enquiries
If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics, a Google service, to understand pages visited, interactions such as scrolling and link clicks, traffic sources, browser and device information, and successful enquiry submissions. A submission indicates receipt, not acceptance of a project or a confirmed meeting.
Analytics uses cookies with browser identifiers. We do not send Analytics the name, email, phone number, budget, location or project text you enter in the form. We do not enable Google Signals or advertising personalization. Google may process analytics data outside Costa Rica under its privacy terms.
If you choose “Visits and ad results”, you also allow cookies and ad-click identifiers to connect visits and received enquiries with Google Ads. We share the receipt event and attribution data with the linked Ads account, not the details you enter in the form. This option measures results and helps optimise campaigns; it does not enable personalised advertising, remarketing or Google Signals.
Measurement stays off until you choose an option that allows it. “Visits and enquiries only” allows Analytics while keeping advertising consent denied. “Reject analytics” lets you use the site and form without activating our measurement tags. We store your choice for 180 days and configure Analytics cookies to last up to 180 days.
You can change your choice in “Analytics preferences” at the bottom of the page. Rejecting stops our future collection and removes Analytics and ad-click cookies accessible from this site. It does not automatically erase data already sent to Google. Previous permission limited to Analytics is never automatically expanded to ad measurement. Changes to this notice
We will publish changes here with their date. Authorization to handle your enquiry is separate from your analytics choice.
